Shipping within the United States

Free shipping is available on all Thermoflask orders within the contiguous 48 U.S. states.

Once your order has shipped, we will email you the tracking number.

Tracking Your Order
You can log in to your account, click “My Orders,” and select the specific order to view its status.

Order Cancellation
We ship orders quickly. Unfortunately, orders cannot be cancelled once submitted. If you no longer wish to receive the order or if there is an error, please follow the return process outlined above to request a refund.

Shipping Methods and Times:
Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout. Shipping is available only within the United States and Canada. Please note that we ship on business days only.

Order Processing Time: 1–2 business days from the date the order is received.

Delivery: Packages typically arrive within 3–7 business days within the United States.
